Yes, tours are conducted by appointment only, so that we can give you our full attention and prepare everything in advance.
Tours are held on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM by appointment. Please indicate a convenient date, and we will offer the nearest available time.
The tour is available in Russian, English, and Turkish.
Yes, if you’re ready, you can submit your documents on the same day. We will guide you on which papers are needed and assist you on site.
No, you don’t need to bring anything special. Just bring a good mood and any questions you’d like to ask.
